The Apartment Hotel Residenz is located in the town of Steinenbronn, south of Stuttgart, in direct proximity of the "Neue Messe" trade fair, the international airport of Stuttgart, and the important industrial sites of Boeblingen and Sindelfingen.

Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 09:30. If you require room service, please enquire at Reception.
Within the laidback atmosphere of our lobby’s bistro, you can relax with a cup of coffee. Right beside the hotel you find our beer garden "Schwabengarten".
Numerous restaurants serving regional and international cuisine can be found within the hotel’s immediate surroundings.

In direct proximity of our apartment hotel you find a gym. The green surrounding further offers numerous leisure activities, from tennis to sqash, jogging, Nordic Walking, golf, swimming to horse-back riding on wide-stretched farmlands.
Guests with own bicycle can leave their vehicle in a hotel-own parking space. The nature park "Siebenmuehlental" further invites to extensive tours.

PLEASE NOTE: The hotel is closed on the weekends! Bookings for Single and Double Rooms are possible upon request only. Apartment guests arriving on the weekends have to call the hotel at least two days before the scheduled arrival date to give further details of the time of arrival.
